” I wanted to take the time to write to you about my ER visit with my daughter last Wednesday. I’m not sure what my expectations for our trip were but your staff far surpassed them. From the moment we walked in with registration Hailey was very attentive and kind as well as Mariah during triage but, my big shoutout goes to Dr. Holland, Josh and Eilish. The service and care that we received from these 3 were above and beyond. While dealing with a wiggly 5-year-old they also fielded her millions of questions, some about the procedure and hospital as well as personal questions and anything else that came to her mind. They could have easily dismissed these and just focused on the task at hand, but they did not they answered each and everyone with a smile and some laughs. They never broke focus or showed irritation from her behavior. We hope that we do not have to make any more trips to the ER but knowing the staff that will be there to care for us puts my mind at ease. I wanted to make sure that you and your staff know how much we appreciate them and everything that they did for us.”

The doctor and the nurses and the personnel who greet emergency patients walking through the door, they were thorough, gracious, absolutely spot-on with what they needed to know about why I was there.
